The Establishment (EST) is ADA’s dynamic hip hop company for dancers ages 5-18 who thrive in high-energy movement, musicality, and performance. This program focuses on developing strong hip hop technique, rhythm, style, and stage presence, while encouraging individuality and expression through movement.

Dancers in EST train in a variety of hip hop styles and rehearse choreography that emphasizes creativity, teamwork, and performance quality. The crew performs at competitions, conventions, and studio events throughout the season.

EST offers an exciting and motivating environment where dancers build confidence, elevate their performance skills, and experience the energy and connection of performing as part of a team.
