Led by our Acro Certified In-House Faculty Member, Bradi Nelson
Allow your dancer will explore the exciting world of acro in a fun, encouraging, and safe environment!
The 10-week acro session will be based around five pillars of growth: Strength, flexibility, limbering, balance, and tumbling. Classes will be structured to increase the capabilities in all five areas. Because dancers will likely be coming in with varying degrees of experience, the skills learned during this 10-week course will also vary. Dancers can expect to improve skills they already have and potentially learn more advanced variations of skills. The curriculum that will be followed stresses the importance of safe progressions, allowing dancer's to build their foundation before executing more advanced skills.
