Alita Gonzalez-Medina
ADA InstructorAlita Gonzalez has been part of the dance community since 2006. She is an alumna of Alisa’s Dance Academy and Austin’s Dance Elite Company. In high school, she was a member of Westlake’s Hyline varsity drill team and served on the board as Spirit Director. She was also a member of the Elite hip hop company, Funky Co. Alita continued her dance career by performing various styles of artistic dance through multiple conventions, competitions, and events. Over the years, she has learned to influence students' passion for dancing as her previous instructors influenced her. Alita recently graduated from the University of Texas in 2024 and is going into her fifth year of teaching.
