Bianca Nicole Barrera has loved moving back to her hometown, and the city that introduced her to dance. Dancing since the age of three she has competed and traveled to many national dance competitions and conventions with multiple studio teams and was a five-year member of the Junior Dallas Cowboys Cheerleaders. In 2015 Bianca graduated from Texas Tech University with a B.A. in Dance and a minor in Business. While in school, Bianca was a part of the University Dance Company and Flatlands Dance Theatre. She has performed in multiple Fall Dance Festivals and Dance Tech for the university. Bianca also had the extraordinary opportunity to attend and perform at three American College Dance Festivals with her senior choreographic piece being taken by the university. Since graduation, Bianca has enjoyed teaching multiple styles of dance in all age ranges and is thrilled to be a part of Alisa’s Dance Academy to share her love of dance and performing.
