ADA Philosophy

Alisa's Dance Academy is dedicated to providing a positive, caring, professional dance environment which encourages the growth of well-trained, confident elite dancers. Alisa's is staffed with the highest qualified instructors who are committed to helping students develop life skills, dedication, technique and performance ability while maintaining excellent customer service, making Alisa's Dance Academy the ultimate dance studio experience.

ADA FACULTY

Alisa and Brian Laraway our the proud founders and owners of Alisa's Dance Academy. They work very hard to bring to The Academy dedicated, well trained and qualified instructors.  Each instructor is trained with the Director to insure proper technique is being taught in a manner that upholds The Academy's standards. Teachers are encouraged to attend as many dance conventions, conferences and classes as possible to continue their education and to stay up to date with new dance styles and technique.

Each individual staff member gives something wonderful to each student at ADA and to the Austin community. You can view and read about each staff member on our faculty wall, located in each studio lobby or visit our faculty page.

The Academy and its faculty welcomes the opportunity to teach you and/or your child the awesome and beautiful art of dance.

ADA Facilities

The Westlake 5,500 square foot studio is centrally located in the hills of Austin in the suburbs of Westlake and Rollingwood Hills.  The Lakeway 4,800 square foot facility is located and serving all of the Austin, Lake Travis, Lakeway, Steiner Ranch and surrounding areas. 

Both locations consist of a spacious lobbies,  student study and break rooms and multiple dance studios. Each studio is comprised of free floating maple or marley flooring, wall-to-wall ballet barres, full length mirrors and state of the art sound systems. The dance floors are designed specifically for the dancers protection to help prevent injury and/or future spine and joint problems. Studios are equipped with either closed circuit cameras with lobby monitors or full viewing windows.
