Kaitlyn Jones is currently pursuing a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Dance at the University of Texas at Austin (UT). A native Houstonian, she trained at Ballet Center of Houston and performed pre- professionally with their resident company, Houston Repertoire Ballet for nine years. She has attended national dance intensives and conferences across the country including Dance Theatre of Harlem, American Ballet Theatre, and American College Dance Association. Currently, she is a member of the UT Department of Theatre and Dance’s professional dance company, Dance Repertory Theatre. After graduation in May 2019, she plans to pursue a career in Arts Management, while continuing to be involved in freelance work in the Austin area. She is excited about sharing her passion for dance with all of the students at Alisa’s Dance Academy.
