Ashley Cantrell has grown up in Austin, Texas and started dancing at the age of 2.  She quickly excelled at her passion and was invited to join Alisa’s Dance Academy’s competitive team, Austin Dance Elite, at the age of 7 and the prestigious pre-professional team, protégée at the age of 12. Throughout her time on ADE, she performed and competed in nationally known conventions and competitions winning awards that included, “Teen Dancer of the Year” Title Winner, State Champion, and numerous overall first place awards.  She was also chosen to perform solo roles including Clara and Angel Queen in the Westlake Nutcracker Spectacular.  Ashley is now a staff member at Alisa’s Dance Academy as an instructor and excited to share her love of choreography, dance, and teaching.  She attends Westlake High School and is a 2nd Lieutenant Officer on the Westlake Hyline Dance Team.
