FACULTY
 

Instructors at Alisa's are trained with the Director and each follow The Academy's set curriculum to insure proper technique is being taught in a manner that upholds The Academy's standards.  To further their education and stay up to date with new dance styles and technique, instructors attend and travel to many dance conventions, conferences, and classes.

Each individual staff member gives something unique and wonderful from their own passion for dance to each student at ADA and to the Austin community.  The Academy and its faculty look forward for the opportunity to educate and present you and your child with the awesome art of dance.

  • Founder, Director & Choreographer for Verge Dance Company (est. 2002)

  • Founder & Director of ACT ONE Musical Theater Company (est. 2006)

  • Owner of BA Productions

  • Member of National Dance Association

  • American Dance Certified

  • Member of ASCAP and SESAC

  • Dance Umbrella Member

  • Choreographed and Performed for 20 years for several major productions and companies in Austin and the Dallas Metroplex

  • 1984-1995 Danced with the Dallas Dance Elite Company 

  • 1988-1995 Artistic Director for Dallas Dance Elite Company

  • Received many achievements and scholarships for her choreography and performances around the world
